Why You Keep Failing

We can really be our worst enemies when it comes to succeeding on our own fitness journey, and if we’re not careful we can end up crushing our own confidence – Making success seemingly impossible.

Hard wiring the brain to expect failure makes you subconsciously self-sabotage

With endless weight loss/gain pills, potions, teas and photoshopped celebs promoting unrealistic fad diets all around us, it’s no wonder the average 45 year old woman has tried 61 slimming diets.. 61! Failing 61 times at anything does not build your self esteem. It is soul crushing. Hard wiring the brain to expect failure makes you unconsciously self-sabotage. Old paths are easier to walk because there are no surprises, even though it doesn’t lead you to where you want to be! Stepping off the beaten path and paving a new one with lots of little self esteem-boosting-bricks takes hard work over time, but Rome wasn’t exactly built in a day either..

Have you given up before even starting?

Do you feel like you have tried everything and nothing works? A start-stop cycle crushes your confidence like nothing else and we start expecting to fail..!

But how do we rebuild our confidence?

By educating ourselves and learning how to eat and train for YOUR goals, body and lifestyle. Making a SMART plan (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time) with lots of small goals. Can you imagine what 61 wins feel like? You’re on a roll. You set bigger goals, you find enjoyable eating and exercise routines, you’re getting stronger, fitter and you feel better in your clothes and start getting compliments from friends and family.. See where I’m going?

Don’t know where to start? Let a professional take out the leg work for you and guide you on your journey.
